Carbon X
Carbon X Technology is our stiffest and toughest composite. We use both fiberglass and carbon fiber to create laminate that is rigid from tip to tail and excellent at resisting torsional twisting. To protect the hardwood hybrid core we laminate in extra thick urethane blast tips and touch HD top and bottom sheets. Boards that employ Carbon X technology feature sublimated graphics that are highly scratch resistant.
Urethane Blast Tips
Urethane is the perfect material for counteracting impacts, and preventing damage of composite skateboards. All CoreFlex constructions feature our embedded Urehtane tips. We use a deep tip anchored by *Patent Pending epoxy anchors that unite the top and bottom sheet of your board and ensure the tip cannot be dislodged.
Hard Rock Maple
Hard Rock Maple construction creates durable long lasting boards with great impact resistance. Alternating peeled veneer layers are laminated with a highly water resistant glue under high pressure to form the structural laminate of a skateboard. Maple is a very high density wood making it naturally water resistant and low maintenance!
