DB Longboards Returns and Exchanges
Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? We will happily accept returns within 30 days from the initial purchase date.
- No returns or exchanges allowed on sale items, custom products, or clearance / blem inventory.
- Products must be in new condition and in original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted if you are the original purchaser of the product.
- No returns or exchanges on international orders.
- Purchaser will be responsible for return shipping on all returns.
- If goods are in new condition and un-used. Contact us for an RMA #.
- Once you have an RMA# repackage your goods and place the original invoice in the box with your RMA# in large legible writing.
- Affix the shipping label provided and drop your package off at your local UPS or USPS (read the label!) location.
- Be sure the original shipping label is removed, box seams are securely taped, and contents are padded against damage.
- Once your goods are received to us in good condition and refund will be issued minus the cost of inbound and outbound freight.
- DB Longboards does not exchange merchandise. If you have changed your mind on the merchandise you purchased you may return the goods for a refund and place a new order on our website.
